For some Windows Mobile phones, like HTC P3470, HTC TYTN and Glofiish X500, there is no streaming player inside, they need to install the streaming player like platform4player so that the mCamView can work on the phones.
The followings are the steps to install the platform4player：

1. On your computer, download the software from the following link http://www.tuttoericsson.com/redirect/goto.asp?p=aspcode.net&id=46
2. Unzip the file and execute platform4_player_for_pocketpc_3.0.exe.
3. Make sure that your mobile phone has correctly connected to the computer via ActiveSync.
4. The install window will pop out, then click "Next >>" to read the License Agreement.
5. If you agree, click "Yes" to copy the cab file to your mobile phone.
6. If an "unknown publisher warning" dialog pops up on your phone, click "Yes" to begin the installation.
7. Install the Platform4Player software on "Device". Don’t try to install it on "Storage Card", otherwise it will not work. Click "Install" button to begin the installation.
8. After the installation is compl eted, reboot the mobile phone to finish the installation of platform4player.
